The Challenge

Flogas were going through a process of developing their Employer Brand by building their careers site and defining their offering to potential candidates. The challenge was how to communicate their messages successfully to candidates by, not only explaining who Flogas were and the benefits of working for Flogas, but also explaining some of the more complex roles and divisions at the company.

The Solution

Video Marketing was the perfect solution. Creating videos allowed Flogas to introduce their teams and people to potential applicants and showed them their potential working environment. Meta produced videos for Flogas in order to give teams the opportunity to explain what they did and how they contributed to the wider business, and also allowed the internal HR team to showcase the staff benefits, training and internal progression.
